Police announced the arrest of a 29-year-old Irvington man who was reportedly found with three pounds of marijuana and a loaded gun after police in Baltimore allegedly pulled him over for speeding last week.
According to Maryland Transportation Authority, police initially pulled 29-year-old Andre Vassel, on Interstate 895 on Nov. 1, for speeding.
According to reports, Vassel was arrested and held without bail.
