After a third bomb threat called in today at the Target store in Clark, police say they have found the man responsible for the repeated evacuations.
Clark Police Chief said that after a third threat around 1 this afternoon, police arrested 39-year-old Terrance Black, of Irvington.
Although police could not comment on how Black was tracked down, police could only say that detectives stopped Black driving a silver Chevy sedan on Central Avenue.
Black was charged with three counts of creating a false public alarm and was lodged at the Union County Jail with a bail set at $45,000.
