The Plainfield Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating an 'at risk' missing 76-year-old woman.
Mildred Buggs, 76, was last seen at 1390 George Street last night around 11 p.m.
She is described as a black female, 5’6”, at approximately 120 pounds, brown eyes, and grey hair. Mildred is possibly wearing a lavender jacket, tiger print shirt and a black skirt.
Ms. Buggs may possibly be attempting to get to Tremont Avenue, East Orange. She suffers from a mental disability and is considered to be "at risk."
