Police in Passaic are looking for an armed suspect who reportedly held up a business and then fired shots during the heist Wednesday evening.
At approximately 5:40 p.m., police were notified of a robbery in progress at the Community Pharmacy on Passaic Street.
Upon arrival, police learned that the suspect entered the business armed with a gun and demanded cash from employees.
During the incident, gunfire rang out, but bullets stuck no one inside the store.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
No arrests have been reported.
