There were non-life threatening injuries for the victim of a stabbing that occurred in Paterson on Saturday night.
According to preliminary reports, officials at St. Joseph's Hospital contacted police when the victim entered the emergency department bleeding after being stabbed before arriving at the hospital.
The victim told police that they suffered the injuries after an unidentified person stabbed them in the parking lot of The Banana King on 21st Avenue shortly before 12:30 am
Police are looking into who stabbed the victim and why. No arrests have been made.
