EMS evaluated several people including one person who appeared to be seriously injured after a vehicular crash in Elizabeth this evening.
According to initial reports, officers responded to Atlantic Street & 3rd Avenue for a report of a crash at approximately 6:15 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers encountered an overturned vehicle occupied by four people.
Three of the occupants were transported to an area hospital for evaluations.
The fourth victim - a female student - was rushed to the hospital after she was ejected from the vehicle.
The crash remains under investigation by police.
