A person struck by a vehicle overnight on the Paterson-Clifton boarder has police investigating.
Police were called to the area of Route 19 at Valley Street before 4:10 a.m. after receiving reports of a person injured at that location.
Emergency responder arriving at the scene found the victim suffering a head injury.
EMS transported the victim the short distance to St. Joseph's where their injury was not immediately reported as life threatening.
The investigation is active.
