There were non-fatal injuries reported in a pedestrian strike near an apartment complex in Harrison Tuesday evening.
According to reports, emergency responders were called to the single-digit block of Harrison Avenue after receiving reports of a person struck by a truck shortly before 8 p.m.
Upon arrival, police and EMS found the person injured at that location. The victim was transported to the hospital where they are expected to recover according to initial reports.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
