Police in Paterson are actively searching for a gunman following a shooting incident early Wednesday morning.
Police say gunfire was reported around 3:45 a.m. in the area of 52 Park Avenue.
Upon arriving at the scene, police units discovered multiple shell casings. A thorough search of the area was conducted, but no victims were found.
The suspect responsible for the shooting has fled the scene and remains at large.
The incident is currently under investigation as authorities work to gather more details and locate the suspect.
