Police in Paterson are looking into a shooting that occurred in a neighborhood in the city Friday morning.
According to police, gunfire rang out in the 100 block of North 2nd Street shortly before 2 a.m. sending police officers to the scene where they found evidence that a shooting occurred, but after officers checked the scene, there were no injured victims found.
Police located several shell casings and other evidence according to police.
The motive for the shooting has not been determined and the suspect remains at-large.
