Authorities in Passaic County are looking for an armed suspect who fired shots at a person in Paterson late Friday night.
Police responded to reports of shots fired near 323 Main Street around 11:30 p.m.
Upon arrival at the scene, police found a male victim suffering multiple gunshot wounds.
Authorities said the victim was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital for treatment and is in serious condition.
The suspect fled the area and is at large.
No other injuries were reported.
