Police in Passaic County and surrounding areas have issued a "be on the lookout" alert after a vehicle was reported stolen in Clifton early Friday morning.
The incident occurred sometime before 3 a.m. at a residence near Brookside Drive and Pershing Road.
Officers arrived at the scene after receiving a report of a stolen vehicle.
They learned that an unknown individual had taken a 2020 Honda Accord 4-door with a reported New Jersey license plate number A04-MHY.
Both the vehicle and the suspect remain at large.
The incident is under investigation, and authorities are urging anyone with information to contact Clifton Police.
