The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 164, recently donated $50,000 in PPE to seventeen hospitals in Bergen, Hudson, and Essex counties.
“On behalf of IBEW Local 164 and our 3,000 members, thank you to all of our hospitals for your courage and leadership during these trying times,” Daniel Gumble, Business Manager, said. “Your experience and expertise saved countless lives and your work brought pride to our community. As this pandemic continues, IBEW Local 164 will continue to support you in any way we can.”
The donations consisted of KN95 masks, gowns, hand sanitizer, and food.

IBEW Local 164 is an electrical union based in Paramus, NJ, with more than 3,000 current members who live and work in Bergen, Hudson, and Essex counties.
