A crash that caused a vehicle to overturn early this morning in Newark has police investigating.
Occupants fled the scene of the overturned vehicle in the area of Central Avenue and South 10th Street shortly before 3:30 a.m. sending police to the scene to investigate.
Residents in the area said that at least two suspects exited the vehicle and ran south on 10th Street.
After a search of the vehicle's registration, police confirmed that the vehicle was stolen.
There were no injuries reported.
