Several good Samaritan held down the driver of a car who apparently sped through a street in Jersey City then slammed into multiple vehicles on Saturday afternoon.

According to preliminary reports, the vehicle slammed into about six cars near the intersection of Bergen and Montgomery just before 2 p.m.
The driver reportedly exited the car and was immediately held by individuals who witnessed the crash.
Police have not said if the driver was joyriding in the area or if the incident was a result of a medical condition.
Officials say no one was injured in the crash, which totaled at least three of the vehicles.
The Jersey City Police will handle the investigation.
