As the weather starts to break, the Township of Union will be continuing its annual “Operation Clean Sweep” program, dedicated to beautifying and maintaining the cleanliness of the Town.
Registration for this year’s event will take place at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 13th at the Department of Public Works, 1 Swanstrom Pl, Union.
After signing in at the Department of Public Works and obtaining your “Operation Clean Sweep” t-shirt, participants will be dispatched to different areas, identified by the department to clean the Township of littler and debris.
A picnic for all participants will be held following the cleanup at Rabkin Park beginning at 12 p.m.
