NJ Lottery officials announced that while all eyes were on the Mega Millions $1.269 billion jackpot won in California, a New Jersey Cash 5 player won a $494,401 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot Friday, Dec. 27, in Burlington County.
The winning numbers were: 08, 13, 31, 40 and 43 and the XTRA number was: 02. The Bullseye number was 31, lottery officials stated.
According to lottery officials, the ticket was drawn at ShopRite, 1520 Route 38, Hainesport, Burlington County.
The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus, lottery officials said.
