NJ Lottery officials announced that one lucky ticket matched all five numbers drawn in the Monday, April 22, drawing, winning the $197,163 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot.
Officials stated the winning numbers were: 16, 26, 33, 40, and 42, and the XTRA number was: 03.
The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for the winning ticket sold, officials say.
According to officials, the winning ticket was sold at Bernardsville Shop Rite, 93 Morristown Rd., Bernardsville in Somerset County.
"Congratulations to our very fortunate Jersey Cash 5 winner! We hope this incredible prize brings joy and happiness to the winner; we’re already looking forward to awarding another jackpot prize!” said New Jersey Lottery Executive Director James Carey.
