Mercer County authorities are investigating a shooting that injured a male in Ewing Township Sunday.
The late-evening shooting happed around 11:47 p.m. near 401 Berwyn Avenue.
Police responded to reports of shots fired, and when officers arrived at the scene, they found a male victim suffering a bullet wound to his pelvis.
The victim was rushed to an area hospital for treatment and is reportedly in serious condition.
Police say the suspect fled the scene and is at large.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
