The Newark and the North Jersey region can look forward to a well-deserved day of sunshine. The National Weather Service meteorologist said today offers a respite with clear skies and pleasant conditions.

The day promises to be beautiful, with abundant sunshine and temperatures reaching a high near 78 degrees. The cool breeze from the north, blowing at speeds of 6 to 9 mph, will make for a comfortable outdoor experience.

However, it's important to note that the widespread haze from the Canadian wildfires is expected to return after 8 a.m.

While this haze may slightly obscure the brilliant blue skies, it should not significantly impact the overall pleasant weather conditions.

The humidity levels are expected to hover around 76%, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere.

So, grab your sunglasses and enjoy the clear skies and sunshine as Newark and North Jersey bask in this well-deserved break from recent inclement weather.
