Firefighters in Ridgefield Park knocked down a fast-moving fire that ignited in a loading dock of a building late Saturday night.
According to authorities, the two-alarm blaze ignited in the rear of 300 Industrial Avenue just before 3 10 p.m.
Officials said, what was thought to be a burglary in progress because of the alarms, a fire alarm activated as smoke began to emit from the loading dock.
Firefighters observed heavy fire in the loading dock prompting a mutual aid response according to officials.
Crews were able to knock the blaze down in a short amount of time then conducted an extensive overhaul.
There were no injuries reported, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
