Elizabeth fire officials are investsugating the cause of a house fire that damaged a house in the Elmora section of town this afternoon.
Firefighters responded to the 900 block of Edgewood Road, for a report of a house fire.
Upon arrival, firefighters encountered heavy smoke and fire in the rear of the home.
The fire was placed under control quickly according to fire officials.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
