On December 9, 2024, officers responded to Burns Honda, located at 325 N. Route 73, after several new vehicles on the lot were found stripped of their wheels and tires.

Members of the Evesham Investigative Bureau arrived at the scene to process evidence and launch an inquiry into the thefts.

Through careful investigative work, detectives identified Franklyn Rodriguez-Santana, 26, as a suspect.

Further findings suggest Rodriguez-Santana may have been involved in similar crimes in nearby jurisdictions. He was formally charged with second-degree fencing, with additional charges expected.

Due to his unknown whereabouts, a warrant was issued for his arrest, and the case was referred to the U.S. Marshals Service for assistance in locating him.

On February 7, 2025, the U.S. Marshals successfully apprehended Rodriguez-Santana and turned him over to Evesham detectives.

He is currently being held at the Burlington County Jail, awaiting his first appearance in Burlington County Superior Court.
