Lieutenant Colonel Geoff Noble and a large contingent of troopers this past Saturday, helped make the holiday season more special for some deserving kids.
Dr. Stephné Coney, founder and CEO of National Stop the Violence Alliance, hosted her Annual Holiday Bash at Virtua Health and Wellness Center in Camden.
National Stop the Violence Alliance, Inc. is a national non-profit organization founded in 1991 that is aimed at ending violence through social change, partnership, and education.
During the event, hundreds of children from the Camden area were treated to a holiday party complete with gifts, games, food, music, and even a meet and greet with the big guy himself, Santa Claus!
The kids also received pajamas that were provided courtesy of the State Police Non-Commissioned Officer’s Union.
Doctors were on hand to provide free medical screenings and health care products for all in attendance.
The troopers and the kids enjoyed playing games and spending time learning about each other.
