NJ State Police are investigating a crash that caused fatal injuries on a highway in Morris County Saturday morning.
According to preliminary information, State Troopers were dispatched to the eastbound lanes of I-80 near mile marker 45.2 in Parsippany-Troy Hills to investigate reports of a crash.
Upon arrival, Troopers found a vehicle and a tractor trailer involved in a collision at that location.
An unidentified person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police closed all eastbound lanes for the active investigation. No other serious injuries were immediately reported.
