NJ Man Charged with Possessing Explicit Materials Involving Minors

Authorities in Bergen County announced the arrest of Elvis Daniel Camacho Montilla, 25, of Wallington, on a charge of possession of Explicit Materials Involving Minors.

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said the arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck.

Officials stated that today, on June 19, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at the residence of Elvis Daniel Camacho Montilla during the course of an Internet explicit minor abuse material investigation.

The investigation revealed that Montilla used the Internet to view, download, and possess items depicting nude and/or Explicit Materials Involving Minors, authorities say. 

According to officials, as a result of the investigation, Elvis Daniel Camacho Montilla was arrested on June 19 in Paramus and charged with third-degree possession of Explicit Materials Involving Minors.

Montilla was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, officials said.
