Police in Newark are on the search for armed robbery suspects that targeted at least one person in the city's West Ward early this morning.
The suspects are described as two black males who were armed with weapons when the approached a male victim in the 40's block of Longfellow Avenue a little after 6:10 a.m.
According to the victim, the suspects wore masks and hoodies with one of the suspects armed with a shot gun, while the other was in possession of a handgun when they took personal possessions before fleeing the scene.
The suspects were reportedly occupying a blue minivan with grey coloring at the bottom (two tones).
There were no physical injuries reported.
