Newark Police Seeks Help Identifying Theft Suspect

Authorities in Newark request the public’s help in identifying the suspect, who stole a victim’s duffel bag from in front of her residence on November 11.  AdNewark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr stated that the theft occurred at approximately 3:56 p.m. in the 40 block of Monroe Street.

The victim left her bag in front of her residence while she was at the back door, Newark Police said.  Pic    According to Newark officials, the suspect, an African-American male with long dreadlocks, was captured on surveillance video taking the bag containing the victim’s personal belongings.
