Authorities in Newark request the public’s help in identifying the male suspect concerning a burglary that occurred on Sunday, February 9.
Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. stated that at approximately 7 p.m., police responded to William Street near Washington Street on a call about a burglary into a vehicle parked in the area.

The victim’s rear passenger window had been broken, and personal property was removed, according to Newark officials. The victim reported that a white Adidas backpack was stolen.
Newark Police said the backpack contained a wallet with two bank cards inside. Also taken were a store credit card, keys, and other items.
