Authorities in Newark request the public’s help in locating El Amin Muhammad, 40, of Newark, who is wanted for questioning about a shooting that occurred on November 21
Newark Public Safety Director Emmanuel Miranda Sr. stated that at approximately 10:01 p.m., the shot spotter detection system picked up gunfire in the 300 block of Chancellor Avenue.
Police officers responded and located seven shell casings, Newark authorities said.
According to Newark officials, Muhammad is a Black male, 5’11,” weighs 190 pounds, and has a bald head.
