Authorities in Newark request the public’s help in locating Justin Rose, 24, of Newark, who is wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting that occurred on Saturday, October 5.
Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé stated at approximately 2:08 a.m., police responded to Springfield Avenue and South 13th Street on a call of a shooting, and responding Officers located a man who had been shot.
The victim was transported to University Hospital for treatment and is reportedly in stable condition, officials said.
Police say that detectives investigating this incident requested the public’s help in locating Justin Rose for questioning.
According to Newark officials, he is 6’1” tall and 175 pounds with a medium brown complexion.
