A Newark man accused of fatally shooting an Irvington man last summer was indicted earlier this month.
According to authorities, on July 13, Daevon Davis, 26, shot and killed Christopher Graham, 44, of Irvington shortly before 5 p.m. on the 100 block of Isabella Avenue in Newark.
Graham was taken to University Hospital, where he was ultimately pronounced dead.
On March 4, Davis was indicted on murder, conspiracy to commit murder, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
Davis' arraignment is scheduled for April 4 before Superior Court Judge Ronald Wigler.
He remains in custody at the Essex County Correctional Facility in lieu of $800,000 bail.
