Belleville Police Department Detectives arrested Jermaine Ramirez, 25, of Newark, for a residential burglary that occurred on May 19.
State Police Detective Dennis Cappello of the Forensic Artist Unit worked with a witness to create a composite sketch of the suspect.
Detectives were able to identify Ramirez through video surveillance footage and Detective Cappello's sketch.
Detectives arrested Ramirez for the burglary and theft that occured on 5/19/2017 on Eugene Place.
