Police are looking for a suspect who walked into a business in Newark's Ironbound section and robbed an employee earlier today.
In an initial investigation. Police responded to JE Barber Shop located on the corner of Van Buren and Oliver Street after receiving reports of a robbery in progress.
Upon arrival, police were told by employees that an armed suspect reportedly entered the establishment and took jewelry and personal possessions before fleeing the scenes.
Police are checking surveillance cameras inside the business to get the suspect's description.
There were no physical injuries reported and the suspect remains at large.
