While generally acceptable for most individuals, this level may pose concerns for sensitive groups, including people with asthma, children, older adults, and those engaging in strenuous outdoor activities.

  3. Use an air purifier if available.
  4. If outdoor activity is unavoidable, limit physical exertion and consider wearing a mask.
