Firefighters in Newark's West Ward knocked down a fast-moving small fire that ignited inside a business on Wednesday night.
According to officials, crews received reports of smoke coming from the Brazil Tires located at 1011 18th Avenue at approximately 11:35 p.m.
Crews arrived at the scene began to stretch lines after noticing smoke coming from inside the building offcials said.
Firefighters were able to make entry inside the business where they located the seat of the blaze isolated in a room where rubbish was reportedly burning.
The fire was placed under control in under a half-hour with no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
