Police in Newark's Ironbound section are looking for a suspect who robbed a resident in a section of the East Ward Sunday morning.
Officers were dispatched to the vicinity of 56 Van Buren Street around 3:17 a.m.
Police arrived and were told by the victim that a male suspect armed with a weapon approached and took their cash along with a mobile phone near the Burger Bound.
The suspect fled the scene and has not been captured by police.
No physical injuries have been reported.
