At 2:12 a.m. on January 1, 2024, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center witnessed the arrival of its first baby of the New Year.
Maria Manganti of Newark, New Jersey, welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world. The newborn, a bundle of joy weighing 7 pounds and 5 ounces, and measuring 19.5 inches, brought a wave of happiness to the hospital.
Maria, feeling good and filled with excitement, looks forward to introducing her daughter to her two older brothers.
The parents named her Scarlette Manganti and the anticipation of bringing her newest family member home is palpable.
