Middlesex County authorities are investigating an early morning stabbing that left one person dead in the city.
Police responded to the 300 block of Suydam Street at around 4 a.m. on reports of a stabbing with a person down bleeding heavily.
Upon arrival, police requested a rush on EMS after they found the male victim brutally stabbed at that location. The victim was transported to the hospital where he died a short time later.
Police began a search for a Hispanic male who was last seen wearing an orange bandana and a white shirt.
The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office are handling the investigation.
