An armed robbery at gunpoint that occurred overnight in Neptune City had police investigating.
Police responded to the 400 block of Sylvania Avenue shortly before 9:45 pm after they received reports of an armed robbery in progress.
Upon arrival, police were told by the victim that two black male suspects approached and took several items.
A search of the area had officers locate two men fitting the description when they gave chase on foot.
A weapon was recovered during the pursuit.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
