A multi-vehicle crash that injured four, has Route 9 south in Sayreville on a standstill this afternoon.
The southbound lanes on Route 9 on the Edison bridge is at a complete stop, after a multi-vehicle crash reported shortly after 12:30 p.m. sent first responders to the scene.
Four people suffered minor injuries, according to police.
Road is expected to be closed for approximately 60-90 minutes, police added.
