According to police on November 3, at approximately 9:50 a.m, the above female is on video removing credit cards and cash from a purse in Panera Bread on 48 Centerton Road in Mount Laurel.
Police say the suspect then used the stolen card to make purchases of approximately $400.00 worth of merchandise from Target Mount Laurel.
