A motorcyclist was left seriously injured following a collision in Fanwood on Friday night, prompting the Union County Crash Investigation Team to respond to the scene.
The accident occurred just before 10:20 p.m. in the area of Midway Avenue and Tillotson Road.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene and found the motorcyclist ejected from his bike after being struck by a vehicle.
The rider was unresponsive as medical crews worked to provide aid.
Fanwood Police temporarily closed the roadway to allow for a thorough investigation of the crash.
The motorcyclist's condition has not been updated, and the investigation into the cause of the collision remains ongoing.
