A motorcyclist was hospitalized following a collision on Saturday evening in Linden, prompting police to close off a local intersection as they investigated the incident.
The accident occurred around 6:40 PM at the intersection of Clinton Street and East 20th Street.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene after reports emerged of a motorcyclist down.
Upon arrival, officers requested the assistance of a crash investigation unit and proceeded to shut down the roadway surrounding the area.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
