Clifton Police are on the scene of a crash with serious injuries reported on Route 46 in Clifton.
According to preiminary reports, police were called to the eastbound lanes of the highway after they received reports of a crash with injuries just at the Route 3 split near Valley Road at 12:50 p.m.
Units arrived to find the motorcyclist lying on the highway suffering serious injuries as a result of the crash.
Clifton Police closed all eastbound lanes for the crash investigation.
Expect heavy delays on the highway going back about several miles on Route 46 and significant delays on Route 3.
