Morris, Passaic County Residents Arrested on Multiple Drug Charges

Officials today announced that as a result of an eight month investigation conducted by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force, the Clifton Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Agency into a cocaine distribution operation that extended throughout the counties of Passaic, Morris and Hudson, three individuals were arrested and charged on November 6th with numerous drug distribution related offenses stemming from the investigation.

The following individuals were are arrested and charged:

Kiuny A Perez, 40, of Rockaway, was charged with Financial Facilitation of United States currency / money laundering in excess of five hundred thousand dollars derived from criminal activity – crime of First Degree Possession of CDS, Cocaine in excess of one-half ounce but less than five ounces with intent to distribute – crime of Second Degree, Conspiracy to distribute CDS, Cocaine in excess of five ounces with intent to distribute – crime of Second Degree, Distribution of CDS, Cocaine within 500 feet of a park– crime of Second Degree Possession of CDS, Cocaine - crime of Third Degree, Distribution of CDS, Cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school – crime of Third Degree.

Victor Pimentel, 42 of Parsippany, was charged with Possession with intent to distribute CDS, Cocaine in excess of five ounces – crime of First Degree, Financial Facilitation of United States currency / money laundering less than five hundred thousand dollars but more than seventy five thousand dollars derived from criminal activity – crime of Second Degree, Possession of CDS, Cocaine – crime of Third Degree

Narcisco Ramirez, 44 of Passaic, was charged with Possession of CDS, Cocaine in excess of five ounces with intent to distribute – crime of First Degree, Possession of CDS, Cocaine in excess of five ounces with intent to distribute– crime of First Degree, Possession of CDS, Cocaine with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a park– crime of Second Degree, Financial Facilitation of United States currency / money laundering less than five hundred thousand dollars but more than seventy five thousand dollars derived from criminal activity – crime of Second Degree, Possession of CDS, Cocaine with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a park– crime of Second Degree, Conspiracy to distribute CDS, Cocaine in excess of five ounces – crime of Second Degree, Possession of CDS, Cocaine– crime of Third Degree, Possession of CDS, Cocaine with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school– crime of Third Degree, Possession of CDS, Cocaine –crime of Third Degree, Possession of CDS, Cocaine with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school– crime of Third Degree.

In or about March 2017, the Clifton Police Department received information that there was an individual distributing large amounts of cocaine in Passaic and Morris Counties. Clifton Police Department, the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office and the Drug Enforcement Administration launched an extensive eight month investigation into the activities of Victor Pimental, Kiuny Perez, and Narciso Ramirez and their buyers.

As a result of the investigation and as of today’s date, approximately 30 kilograms of suspected powder cocaine, estimated at a street value of $1.5 million dollars, upwards of $872,000 cash and nine vehicles were seized.

In addition five buyers were arrested on November 7, 2017.

The buyers included: Gino A. Delcollo Sr., 46, of North Bergen, Donovan M. McCreary, 46, of West Windsor,

Susan P. Stier, 48, of Secaucus, William J. Marchioni, 48, of Clifton, Jerome Driscoll, 56, of Secaucus.

All buyers were processed and released by the Clifton Police Department.

The first-degree charges carry a maximum sentence of twenty years in prison upon conviction, the second-degree charges carry a maximum sentence of ten years in prison, while the third degree charges carry a maximum sentence of five years in prison.

Central Judicial Processing is scheduled for November 8th in the Criminal Division, Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage and Morris Vicinage, at 1:30 p.m.

The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office has filed a motion to detain all three defendants, which will be before a judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. Despite this accusation, the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
