Newark – Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn A. Murray and East Orange Public Safety Director Sheilah Coley announced today that the East Orange Police Department and the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide/Major Crimes Task Force are investigating a fatal shooting.
According to authorities, on Thursday, July 28th, Tahji Hale, 28, of Montclair was fatally shot at approximately 2:15 p.m. in the 100 block of Park Street in East Orange.
Authorities said the investigation is active and ongoing.
At this time there have been no arrests made and no suspects has been identified authorities said.
