Middlesex County officials reported Monday that a juvenile male has been taken into custody and charged with an act of juvenile delinquency for offenses which, if committed by an adult, would constitute as Aggravated Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault, Burglary, and Theft.
Officials said on Monday, between Midnight and 12:30 A.M, a 68- year-old female victim was sexually assaulted in her residence.
According to police, the suspect entered the victim’s apartment located on Swider Drive in Parlin, woke her, sexually assaulted, and deprived her of belongings before fleeing the scene.
