Two men were taken into custody Monday after attempting after to bring loaded guns through a security checkpoint at Newark Liberty International Airport.
According to authorities, TSA agents in Terminal C, saw a loaded .45 caliber handgun in a Pennsylvania man’s carry-on bag as it passed through the X-ray machine.
Officials say Monday afternoon, a Florida man was arrested after security found a .22 caliber gun in his bag.
Police did not immediately release details as to what the men were charged with.
