Reports of an unconscious person at the Mayor's Office in Newark had EMS transport the city's Fire Director to an area hospital with police escorting this afternoon.
EMS arrived to City Hall at around 3:05 p.m. where they located Director James W. Stewart suffering an unspecified medical condition according to sources at the scene.
